COVID-19 UPDATE

 

As always, the most important priority for us is the health, well-being, and safety of our clients and pets along with our staff community.

 

With COVID-19 still present in our community, we wanted to share with you our updated protocols:

  • IF YOU ARE SICK, please send a healthy friend or family member with your pet or reschedule your appointment.

Consultations/Re-Exams

  1. Upon arrival, please feel free to walk into our lobby and check in with the dental coordinator.  Or you can call VDC 630.682.5578 and we can text you when an exam room is available.  (Please walk your pet while waiting for our text ~ thank you!)
  2. Masks are optional.
  3. If you wish to remain in your vehicle while we examine your pet, please let us know.

Procedures

  2. A dental nurse will go over admission/dismissal instructions in an exam room.  If you wish to remain in your vehicle we can admit/dismiss over the phone – please let us know.
  3. If you are waiting in the area while your pet is having a procedure, you may do so in our lobby.  We have a coffee bar and free WiFi.  There is a nearby bike path on the river if you prefer to walk/bike during nice weather.
